Happy Weekend!

My last's week post on Nurturing and the need to be intentional about primary self-care: to be able to care for others, be a blessing and uplift each other, seems to have been prophetic.

The past few days have been most challenging on the physical/health zones, which made doing any mental work a huge task.

However, since my cup is not totally empty - some nurturing still took place - in terms of counselling, referrals and sharing useful tips, etc., no formal work.

I am strengthened with the focus to show up daily and improve on yesterday's activities.

Generally, the weekend is usually for some needed break from the regular week's work.
But hey, the dynamics of work and work hours have changed (improved, customized etc) as we know it today.

So, within your workspaces, take that most beneficial action to be renewed, refreshed, ready to go and crush those set goals.
